Red Wire Black Wire to release EP on 11.25
Red Wire Black Wire’s music has been described as equal parts Ratatat and The Cure. One critic said the band simultaneously broke his heart and made him want to dance. The group distinguishes themselves with a penchant for melody and a flair for song craft. Singer, producer and lead keyboard manipulator Doug Walters writes lyrics that straddle the line between macabre humor and sinister love poem.
In short, Red Wire Black Wire is a band that has taken everything cool about modern music and boiled it down to its pure pop essence. Their new EP, Compass, comes out November 25 on Tough Customer Records. Here’s a small but pretty awesome peep!
