City and Colour re-releases Bring Me Your Love

Dallas Green or City and Colour released yesterday a limited special edition of his beautiful album Bring Me Your Love. The packaging has been redesigned and expanded to include 2 discs. Only 6000 copies were printed world wide.

Disc 1:

    - is the original album version of Bring Me Your Love with 2 extra songs (“Faithless” & “I Don’t Need to Know”)

Disc 2:

    - an entire album of demos…14 tracks
    - all demos were recorded by Dallas at home and on the road, mostly by himself…playing all instruments and singing all harmonies, but sometimes he had some help. Dan Romano, Dan Smith (of Dear & Departed) and Daniel Stoppelman (of Big D and The Kids Table) all appear on a song or 2.

There is also a 28 page booklet with handwritten lyrics and credits with prints of the studio photos, taken by incredible photographer Vanessa Heins (mostly all the photos on Dallas’ site). Their friend Ken Reaume also helped out. He designed the CD sleeves that hold the cds. ( if you own the “”Sleeping Sickness 7″, you may be familiar with him).

If you want to get a hold of one these incredible units, you’ll have to contact: Dine Alone Records, Vagrant Records, Hassle Records & Shock. But if you don’t care on the special treatment these 6000 copies got, you can always get your digital copy at iTunes.
