Company of Thieves release album + free song on iTunes


Company of Thieves is a trio from Chicago formed by Genevieve Schatz, Marc Walloch & Mike Ortiz. The band sites Motown, soul, 1960’s and 1970’s rock n’ roll, Wilco, Neil Young, Fiona Apple & of course the Beatles, among their influences.

They released their Wind-up Records (People In Planes, Thriving Ivory) debut album Ordinary Riches digitally yesterday. They are also featured as Discovery Download on iTunes with their song “Oscar Wilde”, get your FREE unit here (available only until 01.19). Hopefully COT will announce dates soon in support of their new album, in the meanwhile they only have 1 date schedule on their calendar with Missouri’s favorite band, Someone Still Loves You, Boris Yeltsin:
