Download the Voy A Explotar Soundtrack

Voy A Explotar is the 3rd film of Gerardo Naranjo & the latest from Canana, the film production company from Mexican well-known actors Gael Garcia Bernal & Diego Luna (Y Tu Mama Tambien). Carlos Reyes, the guy behind latin blog, Club Fonograma, come up with this amazing comp. after watching the movie a dozen times, listening to his whole mp3 library & finding the emotional audiovisual tissue that music and film share, lots of phone calls, chats & emails. Las Canciones de Maru y Roman (how Carlos named the comp.) is the official soundtrack of the film, it includes 22 different artists & the whole thing is free. His initial idea to have a soundtrack with Mexican bands was put aside once realizing the narrative & themes of the movie are not exclusive for Mexico, but all Iberoamerica.

  • Thanks! Just saw this movie last night at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. I recognized the Interpol song, but I thought the whole soundtrack was so great. I am glad that this is a free download.
    Great film.
