Grizzly Bear & Lil’ Wayne: VeckaFlyest

After the successful release of Home Demolition, The Soundmen’s remix project with Glasvegas, they have returned with an EP that is shattering even more boundaries. VeckaFlyest is a short but sweet project pairing the Soundmen’s production, Grizzy Bear samples & Lil Wanye’s vocals to create a sound collage the bangs from Brooklyn to New Orleans.

The Soundmen are a production duo out of New York City who have a tendency to step outside the norms of typical pop/urban production. Their production has been featured and written about in Urb, Fader, 2DopeBoyz, The New York Times & other publications. They have produced for the likes of G Dep, Babs, Glasvegas, Augustana & continue to bring their hard-hitting & creative production techniques to artists around the globe.

If I read the name “Lil Wayne” on this blog again – I will most definitely never visit this site again, and immediately remove it from my subscribed blogs list.

A lot of people like his music. At one time – I considered this place to be a great escape from soulless money-driven artist such as him. I could say more but frankly am not interested in a debate about it.

Just giving my $0.02 as an otherwise loyal reader and listener of this blog.

    Thanks
