New video from Donkeyboy: Ambitions

Donkeyboy are the latest pop sensation to emerge from the shores of Norway. They’re young, gifted & full of great tunes. The quintet is fronted by brothers Cato & Kent, who write & share lead vocal duties on almost all of the band’s fresh, melody driven and 80s-inspired songs. The brothers are joined by Thomas, Peter & Alexander, who take care of drums, guitar & bass. Donkeyboy were formed in 2005 & have existed in their current incarnation since 2007. Through endless hours spent in the studio, in addition to numerous gigs & festival appearances – and a freshly minted catalogue of irresistibly catchy tunes – the band are now ready, willing & more than able to scale the heights of the international pop world.

Their debut single “Ambitions” was released not too long ago in Norway. It’s video directed by Kristoffer Borgli (above) evolves around a “new disease” called Abicere Leprous (don’t worry it’s made up). It’s a fake documentary where they follow 3 main characters who have the disease. Donkeyboy is playing at a support group for the victims. Weird.
