San Francisco duo Girls are also pleased to announce the release of brilliant new single “Lust For Life” on September 7th, which will precede their forthcoming debut album Album, set for release on September 21st.

“Lust For Life” is 2 minutes 23 seconds of gloriously melodic, frazzled West Coast pop & is set to build on the success of the band’s stunning debut single “Hellhole Ratrace”.

Girls are also planning to go back to the UK in September/October to head out on their debut UK headline tour. The 11 date tour will be the band’s 2nd visit to the UK, following a series of rapturously-received debut shows earlier this year, taking in Stag & Dagger and Dot To Dot Festival. Girls’ core duo of Christopher Owens & Chet JR White are bolstered to a live 4 piece by guitarist John Anderson & drummer Garret Godard, & kick off the tour with a special album release show at London’s Lexington on 21 September & end with an appearance at Cardiff’s SWN Festival on 23 October.
