Stepping out of his considerably large Scissor Sister shoes for a brief musical hiatus, 2009 has proved an interesting solo sojourn for Del Marquis.
Known around the world as one part of the infamously ?amboyant New York 5-piece, a break between albums has allowed the singer/songwriter/guitarist/producer to indulge his own personal musical tastes. Releasing four separate EPs that arguably make up a full artist album, as September swings in, it’s time for the ?nal episode – Runaround.
The EP features 3 originals + five killer remixes including Baron Von Luxxury, Louis La Roche & LifeLike.

It is impossible to put into words how irritating I find the Scissor Sisters. But bizarrely, Del Marquis solo sounds like it might actually be OK. Nice to see Louis has gone for a classic house sound for this one.
Also, oh my god. I just realised this is the longest Louis La Roche remix out there… Even better
