Owl City + E Tubbs & Trillbass
For some reason Owl City’s record label didn’t like this remix <--- ignore that line, there was a misunderstanding between emails... Anyway I think this remix is fucking fantastic! E Tubbs & Trillbass reworked the No. 2 Billboard song into a melodic track full with dub. They even added some female vocals from their friend Catt.

This Owl City remix is siiiiick. Props to Etubbs, Trillbass, and Catt’s sexy voice. How do you know that the label did not like it?

This remix is awesome. I arranged this song for orchestra. It lends itself well to being re-arranged. I liked the hook, and what you did with it!
This proves that no song is so good that it can’t be ruined by a bad remix. This one takes all of the joyful emotion out of the song and turns it into a generic minor key creepy/sad thing for me. Now I’ll have to listen to the original right away to wash the memory of this out of my head

Sorry Justin, but I believe that the very opposite is true. Even a song as atrocious as this one can be made tolerable given the right mix treatment.
