Love is not the answer
Architecture in Helsinki are thrilled to announce the winner of the “Escapee” remix competition. The band put the parts to the song up on Soundcloud for remixers the world over to put their own spin on Escapee, the band’s latest single from Moment Bends.
A big congratulations to Sydney producer, Frames (aka Andrew Boon) who Architecture In Helsinki selected as the winner. As well as presenting a show on FBi 94.5, “Boonie” frequently puts together remixes, as well as DJing at clubs and festivals across Australia.
With an overwhelming amount of excellent entries the caliber was so high that the band also decided to choose 3 runners up as well as the overall winner – Nostalgia, Indian Summer DJs and Malory. Nostalgia is the moniker for the synth pop explorations of 21-year-old Dutch musician Andrew Verschuren. Indian Summer DJs are a duo from AiH’s hometown of Melbourne, as well known for their DJ sets as their production work. Malory is a musician from Bordeaux in France who also makes music under the name Worldwide Government.
