autoKratz will follow the success of 2009’s debut Animal with a brand new EP, Kick, in Spring 2010 (via Kitsuné). Skin Machine is to be the b-side to this much anticipated release.

New single “Kick” is produced by Primal Scream/Kasabian studio luminary Jagz Kooner, & featuring Primal Scream guitarist Andrew Innes, the EP shows an exciting development of the autoKratz sound, demonstrating why autoKratz 2nd album (due this Autumn) is brimming with promise.

In the last 3 years autoKratz have developed a reputation for being 1 of the finest live acts in electronic music. Now they are ready to take their exhilarating show yet further, starting 2010 with a brand new set up. Now joined by drummer Robin Rigoulet, the 3 piece will take the road this Spring & Summer for a shit load of club shows & festivals.

Last year saw the band complete a world tour of over 200 shows, the highlights of which included scoring one of the top 10 biggest selling electronic albums in Japan, where they toured with The Prodigy. As part of this mammoth tour they have also played rapturous festival sets at Pukkelpop, Lowlands, Solidays, Parklife Australia, Dour & second headline to Underworld on Sunday at Glade Festival.

The new vid for autoKratz’ single “Always More”, the 1st one to be taken from the highly anticipated debut album Animal (out next week 06.22). Directed by Guy Nisbett.

In celebration of the release, the duo invites you to remix the aggressive & impassioned “Can’t Get Enough”, taken from the album.

Remixes will be judged by a panel consisting of the band & Kitsuné label boss Gildas, with the best being released as part of the next autoKratz single. The winners & runners up will have their remixes uploaded to the official autoKratz MySpace page, whilst also receiving gig tickets, T-Shirts & lots of other exciting autoKratz & Kitsuné prizes. The winning remix will feature in the digital package for the second single off Animal.

The winning remixer will also be featured in the massive promotional campaign that will accompany the release, as well as having their remix sent out to all leading DJs as part of the club promo package.
