Dominique comes straight out of the Robles Park Neighborhood Projects of Tampa Bay, FL. She’s 17 & making music that’s making moves & reaching out worldwide.
Dominique’s neighborhood, next to the military control centre for the war in Iraq, dominates her music, as full-on barrage of sound that demands your attention. “Music Time” smashes & crashes its way onto the dancefloor. Hypnotic, heave & deep it assaults you like a trippy playground rhyme that threatens to spiral out of control. Dominique’s voice is playful & raw & it’s her flow that started getting her a rep from a very young age. Shunda K of Yo! Majesty was so taken with her that she invited Dominique into their studio to learn the ropes.
This is her first release on ARTJAM & is produced by Hard Feelings (Yo! Majesty).
