Franz Ferdinand have announced details of the release of a new single, “Can’t Stop Feeling”. It will be available as a 1 track download from Monday July 6th.

The 7″ & digital bundle will then be available from the 20th July. This features the band’s version of LCD Soundsystem’s “All My Friends”

Last week, Franz Ferdinand released Blood, an album of nine dub re-workings of tracks from their latest album, Tonight, co-producer Dan Carey a.k.a. Mr. Dan. Originally released as part of the early deluxe editions of Tonight, this new separate version includes an addition track, the dubbed-up version of “Dream Again,” entitled “Be Afraid.”

The iTunes version of Blood includes 3 new remixes of their latest hit single, “No You Girls” by legend Vince Clarke (Yaz/Erasure/Depeche Mode), The Juan MacLean (DFA) & Trentemøller. Domino is sharing the radio edit of Trentemøller’s remix (though you really should check out the full remix in its glorious 7m 30s version).

Franz Ferdinand have announced details of the release of a new single, “No You Girls”, through Domino on April 6th 2009. Taken from their recent album, Tonight: Franz Ferdinand, the single will also feature remixes from the legendary Vince Clarke, Noze and John Disco. The single was produced by Dan Carey & the band as part of the album sessions which took place at the band’s own HQ in Govan, Glasgow & Carey’s South London studio.

Take out: remixes by Zodiac Cartel & Rogue Element.
