Two Door Cinema Club + French Horn Rebellion

Two Door Cinema Club are a young Irish three-piece making brilliantly hooky, melodic guitar pop. Together for two years, but old chums from school, TDCC released their first EP in 2008, entitled Four Words To Stand On, available only in Ireland and selling out straight away, alluding to greater things beyond their Irish home.

Next month (11.16) sees the release of their new single “I Can Talk” via Kitsuné including remixes by Moulinex, French Horn Rebellion, Crystal Fighters & The Golden Bug.

Their debut LP is scheduled for release in early 2010.

French Horn Rebellion vs. Database + Hey Champ

Brooklyn’s French Horn Rebellion & Brazil’s Database collaborated on a new single titled “Beaches & Friends”. The track will be out on VCR Records (home of Vega & Neon Indian) in July with remixes by The Twelves, N.A.S.A., Database, & Hey Champ.

I’ve got the 320 off of Hey Champ’s hands. Enjoy!

New French Horn Rebellion EP: Up All Night

French Horn Rebellion is a disco-electro-rock brother duo from Milwaukee, WI but they currently reside in Brooklyn, NY. The band was started because apparently Robert tried to convince other people to play french horn, but was frustrated when nobody wanted to. Anyway the guys have released a new EP, Up All Night, & it’s pretty much awesome with remixes by John Bourke (OKC), Database (Brazil/Sao Paulo), & Mighty Five (Brooklyn NY)! Here’s a small taste, but get the whole chicken on iTunes.
