The cool people over at EpixHD provided me with an amazing cut of “Use Somebody” from Kings of Leon. This concert, in London’s O2 Arena, was 1 of 3 shows that sold out in minutes!

RCA Records is very proud to announce that Kings of Leon’s single “Use Somebody” has hit the #1 spot on the Top 40 Radio charts in both airplay & audience. Amazingly, this is happening exactly one year after the album Only By The Night was released. At this point, with all the radio “Use Somebody” is getting in all the formats, the song is reaching a cumulative audience of 100 million on the Hot 100. The album has sold 1.3 million copies in America to date!

Kings of Leon are in the middle of a triumphant N. American arena tour that will come to an end in the states on October 16 in Nashville, TN (all dates after the jump). This weekend they will be headlining the prestigious Austin City Limits Music Festival.

RCA Records is proud to announce Kings of Leon’s 2009 Grammy win for “Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals” for their smash hit single “Sex On Fire”. The win comes a week after their epic sold-out performance at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York City on January 29th, & a few days following the announcement of their Spring Arena Tour of the United States (all dates below).

Only By The Night was released on September 23, 2008 & debuted in the top 5 on the Billboard top 200 and #1 at the iTunes store. The band has since performed on Saturday Night Live & Late Night with David Letterman. The band appeared on the cover of Spin magazine’s October issue, & was on the cover of Q magazine’s December issue in the UK, in which they received “Record of the Year” honors.
