Manchester Orchestra’s new video: Shake it Out

Favorite Gentlemen are excited to announce the video premiere for Manchester Orchestra’s 2nd single, “Shake It Out”, where Andy Hull plays a perfect role as a trucker/arm wrestler.

Manchester Orchestra just finished hugely successful tours with Brand New as well as Silversun Pickups. They’ll be joining Brand New & Glassjaw for their very special hometown show at Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY, on November 28th. They’re off to Europe this month to open for Biffy Clyro & to do headline dates in Germany.

Act IX from Manchester Orchestra: Everything to Nothing

Manchester Orchestra releases one more act. If you have no clue of what I’m talking about, click here.

Director’s note:

“Our hero’s attempt to end it all has only led to her being thrust deeper into this alternate dimension. She lands in a baron wasteland devoid of life or hope. This new purgatory transforms her into a specter, doomed to wander alone indefinitely. Ultimately she finds hidden jewels, that reveal the lives and memories of those before her. Empowered by this discovery, she is awakened to her own powers. She summons swirling storms of energy that rip at the fabric of the surroundings and take us back to the carnival where our journey began. The fortune teller reveals that her entire journey was in the cards laid before her. Yet in a cruel twist of fate, our hero succumbs to a darker power and becomes the fortune teller.”
